Rental Criteria
To be considered for residency, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

| Applicant Eligibility |
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. All occupants 21 years of age or older are required to submit an application. A valid Social Security Number is required. |
| Credit Requirements |
Applicants must demonstrate positive credit history. No late payments or collection accounts are accepted. No active bankruptcies are accepted. (Medical and student loan accounts are exempt.) |
| Rental History |
Positive rental history for the past three (3) years is required. Applications will not be approved with any of the following: • Judgments • Past balances due • Late payments • Complaints • Housekeeping or pest-related concerns |
| Income Requirements | Gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. |

Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) Valid Social Security Card or Number Proof of Income (Paystubs, Tax Return, Bank Statement, SSI Statement, or BP Income Request Form) Proof of Positive Rental History (Tenant Ledger or BP Residency Request Form) |
| Security Deposit |
$500 security deposit required for applicants who have: • Credit history • Rental history • Employment with current employer for 90 days or more Security deposit equal to one full month’s rent will be required if the applicant: • Has no credit history • Has no rental history • Has been employed with their current employer for less than 90 days |
| Occupancy Standards |
Studio: Maximum of two (2) people of any age, including children One Bedroom: Maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) child under the age of two Two Bedroom: Maximum of four (4) people of any age and one (1) child under the age of two |
